Sophie is a makeup artist that is based out of Murfreesboro, TN she is also another vendor that will be participating in the styled shoot with us in September. This blog will share more about Sophie, her artistry, and her business.

Sophie was born in Germany and moved to TN when she was only 6 weeks; she’s located in Murfreesboro but loves to work with clients outside of that. She enjoys the Nashville/Chattanooga area but loves the ability to do make up and being in new places at the same time!

Sophie has been doing makeup since 2018. It started like many other young girls with a love for makeup: she was intrigued by trying new looks and using new products to see how they worked. When she first started she didn’t think that it would ever amount to her having a business from it, just a way to express herself, show off her artistry, and just have fun!

At first she would post her makeup looks on her personal Instagram page until one day her friend asked Sophie to do her prom makeup for her! Since then she has a separate business Instagram and has been loading up looks ever since!

Sophie’s outlook on how she treats her clients is one of the reasons why we wanted to partner up with her for this styled shoot, Sophie states;

“The happiness of my clients is and will always  be my first priority, and I love developing a close relationship with all that I serve. Emphasizing the already ever-present beauty in my clients' appearance is something that fills my heart with great abundance”

This, if you have ever done any type of session with us, especially boudoir, is one of the greatest things that we preach. We want to connect with our clients and be able to communicate with them throughout their session with us. The more we connect and hit it off as your photographers, the more you as the client relaxes and enjoys the session! Also, we don’t want the fake smiles and “poster beauty” we want you. We want to see that weird smile when you think of an embarrassing moment, we want the raw, uncut, unfiltered you. We also want to partner with and show off vendors that think the same.

Also, as an extra bonus of cuteness Sophie has two Goldendoodles, Flapjack and Waffles (what the heck! so cute!), and a cat name Theo!
